Stress Release Workshop with Natasha  Moutran & Rachel Caffarate @ YogaWorks, Wandsworth

This workshop uses restorative yoga postures, breathing, meditation techniques and healing sound work to help improve your ability to relax and de-stress. It will be a deeply relaxing experience so allow yourself to be bathed by beautiful Natasha’s healing vibrations while being gently guided through a nurturing yoga practice with Rachel.  All level welcome.

Join me for a 2 hours vinyasa yoga class on Sunday 20 May at The Train station gym, Wandsworth. The class will give you the time to breakdown poses, challenge yourself and/or learn more about your yoga practice and breathing techniques. Yin yoga focuses on passive, seated postures that target the connective tissues and fascia in and around the hips, pelvis, hamstrings, shoulders and lower spine. I have partnered with Mini Yoga Wandsworth this summer to bring you two exciting and fun filled Kids Yoga Summer Camps! The dates: 15 and 22 August 10am-1pm, The Nature Centre, Wandsworth Common. There will be two groups 4-6 Yrs and 7-8 Yrs.
Come and join us for 3 hours of yoga postures, stories, games, relaxation, and for the older ones a chance to create your own yoga routine and video. SNOWGA workshop @ Slice Urban Lifestyle Studios, Parsons Green - yoga to get you fit for the slopes!

The Snowga workshop, led by Rachel Caffarate, will prepare you for the slopes this winter. As well as being an experienced yoga teacher, Rachel is a skier so will help you understanding the complimentary benefits of yoga for skiing.

What will you be doing? 

- The workshop will focus on strengthening the quads and core, opening the hips and developing a better sense of balance to make a big difference to how you perform your winter sports and give you flight down the slopes!

RUN + YOGA starts SAT 14TH MAY @ 10AM WANDSWORTH COMMON (MEET POINT BY POND ON BOLINGBROOK GROVE). 5 biweekly classes (14 May, 28 May, 11 June, 2 July, 9 July).


An hour long class which starts with a 30 mins run round the park (led by the instructor Rachel) and ends with 30 mins dynamic flow yoga. Mats provided. Starts 14th of May, £10 drop in or block of 5 for £40.
