Rachel is a yoga teacher based in South West London. She mainly teaches group, corporate and 1-2-1 classes in Wandsworth and Fulham. 

She is 200 hrs RYT, registered with Yoga Alliance UK and teaches ashtanga, vinyasa flow, yin, hatha and prenatal and postnatal yoga (including Mum and Baby classes).


Rachel trained with YogaLondon (ashtanga vinyasa), Uma Dinsmore-Tuli (pregnancy yoga), Cal Wansbrough (yin and advanced anatomy) and Yoga Mamas (fertility yoga). She also runs run&yoga workshops as a former long distance (non-professional!) runner.

Rachel initially came to yoga as a way of counterbalancing long hours working as a lawyer and avoiding running injuries and retaining muscle flexibility. Over time, she has realised that yoga is not all about the asana or physical practice but also about slowing down the breathe and calming the mind and anxieties. 

Rachel loves teaching yogis of all levels and spreading her love of the benefits of yoga. 

Rachel is registered with Yoga Alliance UK. 

Rachel is also an ambassador for Silatha, the meditation app and journal. Silatha combines meditation with unique jewellery which you can choose to integrate into your mediation practice. Please contact Rachel for further information on Silatha products.
