CLASSES

Please contact Rachel to arrange 1-2-1 or small group classes or to check availability to join any classes at her Balham studio (located by Wandsworth Common overland station. PLSE NOTE THAT DURING COVID-19, Rachel is not teaching at her Balham studio). Rachel is qualified to teach yin, vinyasa, ashtanga, pregnancy, mum & baby yoga and kids yoga. Rachel also covers classes at Yogaworks, Yogahaven Clapham, Virgin Wandsworth, Milo & the Bull. She teaches weekly at The Trainstation Gym and her home studio.
