A weekend comprising Yin, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, meditation and pranayama with Rachel. All levels welcome.
Delicious brunches and dinners prepared by yogic minded caterers, staying onsite at the BRAND NEW YOGA STUDIO AND HOUSE in single or shared occupancy rooms. Next to the beach and local amenities of The Witterings. Time to relax, have a massage, visit Chichester, walk or swim in the sea.
The cost is £425 for the weekend. Includes healthy goody bag, all meals, snacks and soft/hot drinks. Price based on shared occupancy rooms (£50 supplement for single occupancy). Contact Rachel for more info/to book. 50% deposit required to secure booking.
